  1. Practice with your trainer/partner on the mitts, then work on the upper cut bag.

  2. 1st warm up. then hit the heavy bag with 100 uppercuts each hand. then get small weights like 5-10 pounds and throw another 100 upper-cuts with each arm.  then start doing drills with focus mits and gloves.

3 minutes each with one minute rest

    1.jab, cross, left upper-cut, right upper-cut

2.right upper-cut, left jab, right hook

3.left upper-cut, right jab, left hook

    4.four upper-cuts (alternating hands)

5.step to you left, lean and throw a left hook, right upper-cut, left hook

    6. same as 5 but opposite sides

these are some things to do. most important is to simply join a boxing gym and learn there. you won't be able to any of this if you train on your own. training by yourself only reinforces bad habits and then you will never be able to do it.

  3. throw big rocks in the air

  4. Buy a heavybag and practice your uppercuts......

  5. the best thing to do is to improve you technique when you shadow box you can also you 5 pound wieghts when you do this. My gym also has a upper cut bag i dont know if yours does but that might help.
