How can i work/volunteer at the virgin festival in toronto?

i've looked everywhere but there are no jobs nothing like that

is it an inside deal then? friends of friends that kind of thing?

The organizers are so swamped that they have no time for what you need.  Even tho they would be very glad to have you participate.  You might need to attend the next festival and watch who is doing what and start helping them. Next year you will be on the "list".
