How can i work with this ingredients? best recipe gets 10 points? ?

ok so i have extra firm tofu

garlic

basil

tomatoes

angel hair pasta ( thin spaghetti)

salt =)

olive oil

eggs

lemon

balsamic vinaigrette

rum vinegar

red, green, hot peppers

i have those veggie bags with broccoli and lots of veggies

eggplant

RAGU its the sauce i want to use

soy sauce

small portabella mushrooms

anyways i want to use this stuff to cook my bf a nice meal, but im kinda a r****d in the kitchen lol so plzz explain step by step on how to season the tofu & wat to do first and all, i want to crumble the tofu in the spaghettis -_-, also i need this to be easy to cook and fast im only going to have 2 hrs to do this.

  1. So, first cook the pasta until al dante.

    Meanwhile, in a blender or food processor puree the peppers, tofu, tomato, balsamic vinegar, and Italian seasoning (if you have, if not olive oil and lemon). Set aside.

    Coat a medium saute pan with cooking spray. Cook onion, garlic, and asparagus(if you have or any kind of veggies) over medium heat until tender, about 5 minutes. Add water if necessary to prevent sticking. Stir in mushrooms; cook 3 to 5 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender and soft. Stir in tofu sauce, tomatoes, black pepper. Add hot chili paste, if desired. Reduce heat to low, and heat through.

    Toss pasta with sauce, and serve with Parmesan cheese.

    And there ya go. That's really yummy.

  2. Lets see...

    Get a dutch oven.  That is the big pan with the handles on the side and fill half way with water add 1T Olive oil and get that puppy boiling!

    Now, get a fry pan and add 2T of olive oil

    Slice up that garlic and get it sizzling

    cut tomato's into quarters and add to your garlic

    Cut your tofu into dime sized squares add to your tomato's

    chop 1 chili pepper and 1/2 green pepper, add 6 sliced mini portabella mushrooms.  Add your rum vinigar about 1 1/2 t.

    When the water starts boiling, add your pasta.  Angle hair only needs a few minutes.

    Simmer your veggies by putting a lid on it and redcing the heat.

    When the pasta is ready, drain it and pour your viggies over it.  Sprinkle some cheese if you have it.

O.K this is the second time i,v read this..first things first,get rid of the tofu..alright heres what you do.............marinate your mushrooms in the balsamic vinaigrette.. make your sauce with the tomatoes,garlic ,basil(get rid of the jarred stuff).keep it thin.slice your eggplant lenghtwise and bread with first dipping into flour then egg,then bread crumb.have your pasta ready,fry your eggplant in oil untill browned on all sides place in warm oven,saute your veggies,peppers etc,set aside then saute your mushrooms..this is what you do..swirl your pasta on your plate,top with the sauce then the sauted veggies,next the eggplant,top that with the warm portobellos..well i suppose you could garnish that with a small dice of tofu sauted in the leftover liquid of the mushrooms..

    thats what i would do..
