How can i write an essay without dialogue?

i need to write fictional about anything but everything that i think about has dialogue in it!!! so i was thinking of writing in third person but instead of using dialouge i'll just use my characters thoughts and try to base my story on only one character thats thinking to themselves. thats not dialogue is it cuz its inside my characters head?

use an indirect or unquoted speech. that's better. try to be more formal. but having dialogues is okay too.

All you have to do is just describe everything in that story and i mean everything.
