when whatching shows on sites like usa,nbc and such it constantly pauses how can increaes buffer so it dose not pause

You can start the video, pause it, and let it load all the way up, then play.

Other than that, you will need a faster connection.

Well their should be options in either the sites video displayer or your video displayer. Simply select a lover Kbs/s rate. If you do not have that option then pause the video ahead of time and come back to it later, or go to a different site and watch the same video.
