  1. I would say to workout your legs muscle like calfs. Also remember to stretch.

  2. try jump roping, and also run up stairs or bleachers, never letting your heel touch the ground so you put a lot of pressure on your calf.  another thing to remember is that your abs are just as involved in jumping as calves, so make sure you do crunches, and even try pull-ups

  3. I had this problem and i increased my vertical leap by 10 inch. My actual jump is 30 and i am 14. I used this workout for 9 weeks. Click the link and enjoy. If you search the site you can find other workouts.                                                         http://www.hoopsvibe.com/basketball-coac...

  4. jusst excersice and jump around the house thats what i do.. also you can jump  rope or go to monkey joes

  5. the best way to increase your vertical is to have consistent workout . u just have to get your legs in good shape. the workout doesn't have to be extreme. if u stay consistent with your effort u should notice a change in your vertical

  6. All kinds of leg workouts. Be ready to work your way through extreme soreness. Here's some things I've told my kids I coach to do

    Box jumps

Leg lifts (put one leg on a bleacher and lift yourself up with it)

Calf raises (put your toes on an edge and move up and down)

That's all stuff you can do without weights. Don't be afraid to add weightlifting exercises on top of that.

  7. get into a plyometrics workout.. that greatly improved my verticle.. heres a link
