  1. to increase your running spead make sure your form is perfect as in pumping arms, shoulders relaxed, and run off the heal of your shoes. Also make sure your head is up facing foward and not down. When your running make sure your strides are very open that way you can travel longer distances in short amounts of time. Make sure you breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth and make sure your very relaxed. Hope this helps, it works for me, great!

    DO NOT RUN WITH ANKLE WEIGHTS ON, YOU WILL HURT YOURSELF

  3. get your knees high and run from heel to toe.

  5. you could try caffeine pills..if you're running with them they automatically make you faster..they're just sold at a normal store ..also you could do intraval and long runs becaue if you do alot of long runs a short run is going to seem like no problem to you

  6. try jogging with ankle weights on, then gradually building up to running with them.  When you take them off youll notice a significant differance.

  7. Speed intervals at least once per week AND one long slow distance day.
