I don't know what your family is like but I think that would embarass most women if a nephew kissed her hand.  I think you shouldn't do it because then she's always going to wonder if you've got a crush on her and that's going to make her worry and feel awkward.  And also you don't want to be the center of family conversations about whether you've got a thing for your aunt (oh gross).  if you want to do something nice for your aunt, mow her lawn or wash her car and even if you do that, you gotta be careful how she interprets it.
