How can latin american countries become developed countries?

All latin american countries are thirld world countries. How can we improve those countries?

Unfortunately, it requires a change in culture. As we see from illegal immigrants, people from Latin America are highly resistant to change.  (Also, U.S. Native Americans are not like people from Latin America. They have completely different cultures. )

we can improve those countries by helping them. if they got help from developed countries, then they would do much better. but like us right now, we arent helping them, they suffer too.
