It's a hound! It's to be expected. Anytime they get excited or just want to play it'll do that.

Our coonhounds go crazy when they get excited and the only way to make them stop is to remove them from the situation.

My little 40lb husky has a louder/deeper voice than that! o_O He sounds just right for his breed and size if you ask me.
