How can mail be sent without the state post mark, marked on the mail?

I need to send a resume to a differant state than i live and do not want my state posted on the enevople. what can I do

You could simply send your letter to a friend or family member in another state and have them mail it.  It will then be postmarked where ever they mail it from.
