How can make a go kart and were would i find a cheap gas engine for under 100$ if more i still would like to ?

Go to your lawnmower repair center, they will have an older engine to sell you or can order one to meet your needs.

There are two methods - drill-and-bolt together, or weld. For economy, it'll have to be drill and bolt for you.

Cheap engines? Sorry, you need a horizontal shaft engine for a go-cart, and they don't come cheap. You'll rarely find one under $100, even used, that's any good. The clutch you'll need will cost about $50 as well, not included, most likely.

Good luck, if you scrounge for years, you may find all the parts you need cheaply, but it will take time.
