How can me and my friends start a paintball team?

i hav about ten friends and we are all awesome paintballers. we all want to start a team together. we hav an old junk yard by our houses that we play in. but it is kinda far and we wanna play at a field with other people cuz we are just fightin each other right now. there is a field about ten miles away but another team is always hoggin it for their practices. the closest field available is 20 to 30 miles away. what can we do. by the way, we cant drive yet.

Im not sure about starting a team, but playing through a junkyard sounds awesome. I think its better to just  play for fun anyway and not worry about teams.
