  1. if your fridge is too cold and slightly freezes the milk.


  2. milk can be icy because it is made up of alot of water. If you were to stick a gallon of milk in the freezer the water would freeze first then the fatty parts.

  3. Milk has a lot of water in it, so if your fridge is really, really cold, then the watery part freezes.
