How can my 12 year old sister get a boyfriend?

My little sister had a boyfriend last year, and he forced her to dump him cause she was supposedly annoying to him.She has blode hair, blueish green eyes, small frame,curves, and isn't very popular. any dating or how to get a guy advice?

I'd say leave it a good few years yet. Seriously, just tell her to enjoy being single while it lasts. Dating can be tough and sometimes you get hurt, and I'd say 12 is maybe too young to be able to cope.
