How can my Grandmother unclog her ears of all the earwax?

Q-tips are great, also, the Doctor can do it if its more severe by unclogging it with a small hook or draining water through it. the Doctors' way is a bit negative though.

There are many ways, it all depends on the condition of the person's ears/eardrum.

Some go to people who light these cone things in people's and it "pulls" the earwax out.

You can put in drops of mineral oil, which softens the wax.

There are earwax flushing kits, but they can be messy.

Can also go to a doctor if the earwax is compacted and/or dried up.

Q tips.

Go to a spa that offers treatments where they put the end of a candle in your ear and light the opposite end and it loosens the wax and makes it come out. It works!
