How can my auntie sponsor me to petition the paper's for permanent residence in the u.s.a when i'm her nephew?

unfortunately, only immediate families can sponsor other families, for example: parents to children, children to parents, spouses and sibblings.  your aunt cannot sponsor you to get permanent residency.  the only way to get permanent residency would be if you marry a us citizen (fastest way), through a work (may take a long time). other ways to stay in us, would be to be a student (but tuition is very expensive and you;ll have to leave later, unless you're lucky enough to get a H1B vis for 6 years).
