How can my friend be taller?what time does the growth stop?

my friend's height is 4"9 and she was 13 years old..she have her menstruation when she was 10 yrs.old..can she grow taller?what daily practices can i advice to her?please help me..thanks..

most people grow at random ages

for example i was way taller than my friends when i was 10yrs old.

but  when i was 14 they were taller than me.

yehh she can the same fing happend to my best friend but she had a growth spurt and now she has caught up and if your friend doesent sorry this probly isent gona b no help but wear high heals lol =]

Are her parents or relatives tall.....if not she may grow only an inch or so taller. If this is not a problem, she will grow taller,she just needs to give it some time. There is nothing that you can to make yourself taller except wait until you grow.

Allow nature to take its course.  I don't think there are any "practices" that can help your friend become taller.  Although, I do recommend getting your daily supply of calcium and vitamin D, that promote bone growth (which can be found in milk and fortified juices)

People develop different, and I believe your friend is one of them.
