How can my grandma read a book on the TV screen?

My grandma says she has heard of a device where you can have your book set-up in this thing and it is sent to your TV screen, then you can read your book on the TV. Does anyone know what this may be?? I have tried to Google/yahoo search this and nothing comes up. She doesn't know how it would work or what it would be. She is 85 yrs old and loves to read but her eye sight is going bad. She is reading large print books now, but would like to have this TV thing so the print would be even bigger to help her eyes not be strained....any suggestions?!!! Thank you in advance !!!!

I don't know about that, but mine is addicted to books on tape. Might want to consider that.
