How can my hair grow longer and faster?

I cut my hair sometime last year,and now i regret it,my hair is really thick...does anyone know how to make my hair grow longer and thicker???

make sure that your hair is healthy.  the heathlier it is, the faster it will grow.  Drink a lot of water, and eat good foods.  Take vitamins too.  prenatal are supposed to be the best for hair.  Get your hair trimmed every 6-8 weeks, cuz ur hair will grow faster that way, believe it or not.  Don't do a lot of heat styling to your hair, again the healthier your hair is, the faster it will grow.

Yea theres this thing at sephora its like 40 bucks its like oil or something.. ask the ppl there they probably know but yea a weekly thing of putting oil in ur hair stimulated blood flow making ur hair grow longer or faster or something
