How can my italian partner visit me?

Is your partner an Italian citizen born in Tunisia? Or is he a Tunsian citizen living in Italy? What country are you in? If you are in the US, and he is an Italian citizen, he is eligible for a 90 day visa-free visit to the US. If you are engaged, he may be eligible for a K-1 visa.
