How can my mother change her mind.....

She asked me to pick a school...and I picked one in another city like 13 miles from where I live........and she got like a district transfer......she got it but havent returned it.....I changed my mind and I want to go to a closer and better school.

I told her and she got mad and yelled at me.....but my dad wants me to go to a school close were we live and i do to....but my mother dosent.
