  1. Marry her. That will give her and the child French citizenship. As EU citizens they will then be able to live in the UK.

  2. Devide,

Although Romania is now an EU country there may be some special rules that apply so please go and get detailed advice from your local Citizens Advice Bureau. You can find your nearest one from this site http://www.adviceguide.org.uk/index.htm

You might also want to do a bit more research yourself and there is some information that might help you here

    Good luck

Additional information: She will still be an employee of the company while she is on maternity leave. Therefore she should ask her employer to renew the application for a work permit.

  3. go to a citizens advide bureau and they will tell you what you need to do

  4. You aren't married and there is nothing you can do.  Also, you are not a UK citizen.  If you return to France (if you are a citizen) maybe you can apply for a visa for her there.

She has to leave before her visa is cancelled or expires.  If she has a student visa but is no longer in school, her visa is probably revoked already, so she's already in violation of immigration laws and/or visa regulations.  She has to return home.

  5. There are special rules for Romanians just now, but the rules are not as complicated as Romania is an EU country, contact the depart of immigration in the UK and ask their advice, if all else fails apply for an EEA Family permit, as you are an EU citizen you have the right to have your spouse live with you in the UK, no matter what their nationality is.

  6. Hello

    She cannot

    She has been working Illegally

She will not get paid maternity pay as she has not been paying national Insurance

Student visa do not permit you to work

    She will be expelled

You say you pay tax, that may be but i bet she doesn't because she is on a student visa so will not be able to renew what she hasn't got

You are not married but that would only give her rights to where you are from, not uk
