Question:

How can my standing tuck better?

I used to be able to do my standing tuck good until I broke my hand, and now when I try to land it i land really close to the ground from where I haven't done it so long. Anybody know a way to make me go higher?

  1. to get higher you need to pull your legs in faster and set up not back. so reach up and then when you reach your highest point pull your knees in really fast towards your chest. this is hard at first but once you get the hang of it its easier!!! i promise


  2. swing your arms down, then throw them up. Do not start to rotate until your hands are by your ears. To stick it, just keep your feet wide and squeeze everything.
