Go to the closest Embassy or Consulate - Canadian, British, Austrailian, etc.  You do not necessarily have to ask for the exact group you are looking for, but you will find several leads - other groups and individuals that will put you in the direction you want to go.  Maybe even the US consulate can help if you ask the question right.


  2. Also, check at the university's English department.  They may offer tips as well.
