How can obtain a copy of my GED before Tuesday July29, 2008?

I am enrollong into a career institute for Medical Office Specialist training and education. They need a transcript of my GED or my GED. I need it before Tuesday next week. I was told I could have it faxed but I took my GED in Florida. I am now living in Virginia. If I could get it faxed to me that would ideal.
