How can one achieve wellness?

as per definition wellness is..." physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual well being".....

how can one achieve it?

  1. The state of your relationship to God, the state of your mind and the state of your diet.

    Wellness will come when all three are in a proper state.

    Simple eh? But man is it ever HARD to do!!!


  2. Perhaps acceptance, complete acceptance of all that is, and the ability to see life not as "good" or "bad", but simply as beautiful

  3. exersize, communication and self belief.

    exersize can reverce brain damage as well as improving your physical fitness which will improve apperance boosting self esteem - radiateing self confidence will improve chance of connections and a group of connections is a saftey net you can always fall back on which = spirtual well being.

  4. I think maybe it would be different for other people.

    Physical: maybe beome a vegetarian. You are clean. No longer polluting your body with the pain and suffering of animals.

    Mental: Maybe let go of problems. Don't worry.

    Emotional: Find a comfortable place. Meditate, do yoga.

    Social: Be kind to strangers, donate to charities, help the homeless.

    Spiritual: Go to church, pray.
