How can one become a resident in Casa Mila?

I know flats open up and of course it's super exclusive and probably outrageously expensive, But I want to know how you get on the list what are requirements, about how long does it take and how much is it (buying? renting?)

If so, I believe it's owned by the Caixa Catalunya Savings

I thought the building was just used for things like art

exhibitions and concerts.  Didn't realise you could

actually live there!
