How can one construct a device on wireless electricity?Or even the materials used?

All wireless signals, even light, are made up of electromagnetic waves. These EM waves are made up of electric and magnetic fields which propogate through space. In a sense, these fields are used to move electrons on the opposite end. The movement of electrons is what creates electricity.

The technology and materials used are similiar if not the same as materials used for solar power (since solar energy is in the form of light and is an EM wave).
