  1. Cut and paste the email and bring into word.  Use the highlight tool in word to show errors...and then cut and paste back into the email...if you need to.


  2. That depends on the file format of the e-mailed document.  If its Microsoft Word, you need that application.  If a .pdf file, you need Adobe Acrobat, and etc.
