I'm new at this myself, but I think you ask your question and then email the person whose answer you like best.  I don't know if everyone gives out their email, but I think most do.]

I was looking for a forum on real estate to get people's feel for the market in Seattle.  I work w/ Windermere in Seattle.

So far I am just getting questions. so I figure I could answer a few.
