Here is the situation: Being a student means having a busy schedule. Can anyone tell me how to get physically fit despite having a busy school schedule? Any tips? Thanks...Ü

  1. set up a timetable!just 30 minutes of brisk walking a day is enough to keep you fit...no excuses ok?stay away from sugary drinks,fastfoods and junkfood...drink enough water...


  2. wake up half an hour earlier to run. maybe thrice per week and visit the gym during lunch hour
