How can one go about setting up a Web_Site for abused Horses?

I have been ask to take in more abused Horses. But I do not have the funds to care for these poor Animals. I am far from rich, the little funds I do have go to the Horses I save.

Please Help!

I truly appreciate it! This is one beaten up starved Horse I brought back around. She was used up for foals, than just threw away. I call her Angel, because I think God sent her to me.
