  3. basically you can't. not and have it be a "good' thing.  I am an unprofessional personal trainer. the number one thing that kills a workout routine is to stop cold turkey eating or doing things you like. If you really like beer I would Recommend having ONE before you work our and that way al least body has time to burn it off. Is it good, no.But if it will help you stick to a routine go for it. Just remember BEFORE NOT AFTER!!!!!!! VERY IMPORTANT!
