Lol no thats not what I meant.

I dont mean the content is devoted to coding.

I mean the opposite of an image based websites. A website constructed entirely out of CSS, HTML and Javascript, without the use of any images.

  2. Any website uses HTML to some degree and most use CSS and Javascript. Is what you mean a "static, text-based website" (i.e., one using no images or dynamic content)?
