  1. Whoever is really interested in doing so has quite a few things to work with here, such as telephone, computer, pen and paper, or a simple walk-in to any city hall, etc., on the particular day of the week these are opened to the public and their complaints!!!

  2. Connect to reputable "watchdog groups" on-line. I know of one in particular (I think it violates Yahoo to give the name), but this group e-mails me whenever a critical bill goes before congress or senate (according to my interests via the group's Q &A for membership). I was surprised at the frequency and quantity of bills going before our representative daily. These groups have pre-written letters you can sign as a petition on-line. They then send the petition to the targeted representative with sometimes tens of thousands signatures. They also provide the means to  fax your senators on line regarding your opinion on a bill. What is more, this particular group follows up via E-mail quite faithfully with me to inform me as to the turn-out. Membership is free. They provide area constituents, their phone numbers, fax numbers, etc. This is just the beginning. Be sure the group is reputable. There are no certainties in this world, but you can usually size the organization up with a little on-line research. This is just the beginning. Utilize resources while available, before the UN gains more control of internet to silence the population.

I appreciate your question and hope you will follow up. You do have a voice. It is never too late. Problem is, many people are comfortable watching the news, voting in presidentials, and complaining. They probably do care about America, but it takes much more than that. Maybe people are just too busy and tired.

And..... there is alway boycotting, picketing, and basic freedoms (at least for now).

  3. Voting, petitioning, funding, etc..
