How can our group avoid double emails?

all members in our group send and recieve all emails in duplicate, unintentionally. please advise/help.

what do you mean unintentionally? often mail server glitch and you end up with dupes. at times Yahoo has had glitches and sent zillion-dupes. you need to determine if it's user error or server glitches.
