secure the necessary legal documents, and properly screen your prospective employees.are they qualified to handle special children? how much are you willing to pay your prospective teachers? does your school have the necessary programs for the needs of your prospective special students, what social class of special kids are you gonna cater to? if you have the answers to all of this then you can start your special education program,
