they don&#039;t plan for it, it just happens, beside...gov helps also...

few days ago one Egyptian lady gave birth to 7 babies and she will receive milk and diapers from gov for two years...

they get help from the government.

Sometimes the community will help out.  Sometimes there is enormous media coverage and these baby product manufacturers decide to get their name out there by donating their products in huge quantities.  Sometimes these families are pretty well-to-do and can actually afford to raise multiples and I&#039;m sure some families end of getting government help. Sometimes these researchers actually pay the families to keep in touch about how the children are developing and stuff in order to write books and publish findings and such.

They cut back on luxury items...like Satellite TV, Cable Packages, they eat in most of the time, they don&#039;t buy big ticket items...cheaper cars, etc...
