How can people concentrate on their works in summer with hot weather...any tips or suggestions?

Any librarys nearby? I think they do have quite good ventilation and quiet environment for working. Many are air-conditioned as well.

Stay in under the air conditioning.  Hey, it gets to around 115 degrees here in the summer where I live.  I am a hermit in July and Aug.

do they work out side .if so try to keep as cool as possible. stay in the shade and eat cold foods and cold drinks

Step up and deal with it, just ignore it and get the job done. Toughen up.
