How can people in NYC live on rent all their lives?

arent people scared if they get injured =cant go work= no money...they would get kicked out and homeless at any minute?.

injury can happen to anyone, rent or own,you have risks, so be smart and save for the future, invest in your future, give to the poor make smart choices, live a balanced life, don't waste you money on things you don't need. what happens tomorrow no one knows but we can plan for it.
