It depends on the situation. theres all different types, proverty, economy, disorders, what is the situation that you are in. I would to answer with a good question for you but you need to give out more information. Don't be scared, be open and honest is the first step of any recovery... Hang in there.. Any mental health in your location would be happy to help even if your broke. They can't denie fifty cents.
