How can possibly get a job and eventually migrate to new zealand or switzerland w/ my family? Help...?

i am a Liberal Arts graduate, married w/ 2 kids and my husband is currently working in dubai, UAE but have plans to settle to either new zealand or switzerland.

jobs are plenty here in new zealand,i would apply for resadency from the country your in now,its actully quite easy to get into new zealand..dont come to new zealand with making money in mind,,wages are quite basic here even poor..in my opionion its not a great country to live,cost of living is high wages are poor..goverment are crooked..switzerland is much better.
