How can put more cotton in a teddybear?

my little sister's teddybear is getting thinner because her cottons are starting to get smaller, do you think build-a-bear can fix it or any other kinda of toy store?

yes, build a bear can fix it and they do a very good job. also the do it for free with any animal my brother had his done a few months ago.
