How can someone go to United States District Court, 225 Cadman Plaza E, NY by train 7 from mainstreet?

Taker the 7 to Times Square, transfer to a downtown 2 or 3 train and take that to Borough Hall.  At Borough Hall use the exit stairs toward the rear of the platform (not the front).  When you exit to the street that will be Cadman Plaza/Court St.  The courthouse should be right there.
