  1. dried figs.

    deep knee bends/squats.

    bran flakes.

    metamucil.

    prunes.

    most exercise.

    drink adequate supplies of water.

    strangely enough buttermilk pancakes.

    avoid foods that give you indigestion and gas.

    anything that gets your heart pumping and blood flowing will help.


  2. Exercise more and keep on moving. Try working out in the morning.  

  3. Don't skip meals and get a lot of sleep.

  4. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day, five times a week
