  1. try and remind yourself of aspects or qualities you have that are positive that the other person may not have. I have a close friend who sometimes I get jealous of because she's a bragger who loves to try and make people jealous of her lol.. but then I just say 'well I'm much better than this at her' and etc etc.. Just remind yourself that you are good at things!
