No, that is not possible. But with your ip, they can get your Servers, Address, Phone number, and the current browser your running on.

This can be done on a Whois Server.

And IP-address.com as well, if you have someones "Phone/Cell Number" you can get a lot of information with that as well.

I can possibly get you peoples records, but thats not what we are on.

Lets say my ip is 0.0.0.0, i can ping 0.0.0.0 and see if the IP is online, if it is, i can run the ping command a lot of times and get them off.

Now here is an example of a trace command on someone:

that is there ISP of there website, and there organization, and the other stuff is just there servers, postcode, etc. I can get loads of more information on them, such as there private IPs, gateway, static IP, etc.

There IP is there: internet protocol

There gateway is: there ip of their router.

There ip static is: A static IP address is a number that is assigned to a computer by an ISP provider.

Knowing someones IP is not meaning you can hack them, you need more information for that. Such as there password, username, ISP, etc. But there are ways such as: access to their router/modem, or some sort of connection to there computer, this can be done with a R.A.T or some keylogger. Its also possible to hack them SOMEWAY if a port is opened on telnet.
