My friend is coming to visit soon and I recently told him the story of how there is this rude officer who is constantly causing me trouble.

He said since he works for the FBI he will make that officers life miserable when he comes.

I'm curious how can he do this?

  1. He may get charges of harassment filed against him. And you should file charges against the officer that's harassing you.

  2. That's just B.S.  He probably just sweeps the sidewalk in front of an FBI office somewhere.  I suppose he could talk to his counterpart that sweeps the sidewalk in front of the police station and let it get really, really dirty.

  3. He's just blowing smoke.

  4. FBI are the police depts. bosses. They do have the right to pull the files of an officer and check to see if internal affairs have been properly investigating any complaints lodged against the officer. They can also call for Corruption investigations if there is evidence that there have been improprieties going on within the Dept.

  5. He's trying to impress you, he knows the guys time is running out and he wants to take all the credit when he gets fired or suspended..
