How can stop a car with wind ?

i want a person who is field is mechanic answer that .

I wanna know if we make a WINDWARD on car can we stop the car against upset ?

From my understanding of what a windward is.........it would have to be very large to stop a car plus where the windward is mounted you will probably cause many accidents........

Closest thing would be a drag chute such as used in drag racing. I have not heard of very many cars being upset during normal conditions. Gravity,inertia,and center of gravity will affect turn-overs. These are issues the driver has to consider rather than rely on a sail to save you from yourown mistake.
